What are the responsibilities and job description for the Staff Accountant position at Northbay Recruiter?
We are partnering with a prestigious winery based in the Northern Napa Valley, who is in search of a Staff Accountant to oversee revenue and inventory functions for the winery. As an individual contributor, this position will be responsible for inventory tracking & reporting, sales coordination and import/export activities. A strong attention to detail and high level of professionalism will be critical for the success of this position.
Responsibilities include:
- Inventory tracking across virtual & physical sites, including tracking of all sales channel allocations.
- Inventory reporting for cased goods & production, and investigating variances
- Coordinate cycle counts, prepare adjustments, reconcile system totals to physical inventories regularly.
- Manage allocations, sales reporting, and coordination between warehouse/logistics.
- Support with domestic and export operations, including labels, packaging, outbound paperwork/compliance.
This is a full-time, in office position that will also travel to other site locations. A generous salary of $70-80k discretionary bonus & benefits will be offered upon hire.
