We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist for a well-established service provider based in Vacaville. This organization operates in a fast-paced logistics and distribution environment supporting businesses throughout the region.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounts receivable functions including invoicing, cash applications, and collections
- Monitor aging reports and proactively follow up on outstanding balances
- Research and resolve billing discrepancies and customer account issues
- Reconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate records
- Support month-end close and reporting activities
- Coordinate with operations and customer service teams regarding client billing and shipment activity
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payments and documentation
- Maintain professionalism and strong communication with customers and internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- 3 years of accounts receivable, billing, or related accounting experience
- Experience in logistics, distribution, manufacturing, beverage, or wine industry environments preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced setting
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting/ERP systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
This position is available on a full-time or part-time basis, depending on candidate availability and desired working scheduled. Regardless of hours, this role will require 3 days/week in office in Vacaville.
$30-35/hr depending on experience.
