Accounts Receivable (AR) Representative - Schedule: Monday - Friday, full time. Looking for flexibility between 7A - 7P PST (8 hour shift will be assigned within this window, but staff must work a centralized schedule during their first two weeks to align with the training team)
Accounts Receivable (AR) Representative - Requirements:
- 5 Years of Insurance Collections experience
- Experience working with Government & Commercial payers
- Strong IT/Computer skills (Tech savvy)
Accounts Receivable (AR) Representative - Day to Day:
- All account follow up duties for unpaid, denied, and underpaid claims
- Calling insurance payers and checking statuses in payer portals
- Responsible for the appeal process
- Production expectations is that talent ramp to 45-55 accounts / day (depending on payer)
- Quality goal of 95%
