We are hiring Full-Time and Part-Time positions which include some work from home opertunities.
Responsibilities
- Receive incoming calls via multi-line phone systems, providing exceptional phone etiquette and clear communication to customers, drivers, and service providers.
- Dispatch towing vehicles promptly
- Coordinate with management to assign appropriate tow trucks based on location, vehicle type, and urgency.
- Track and update real-time data
- Maintain accurate data entry records for all dispatch activities, including logs of inbound/outbound vehicles.
- Computer Data Entry
- Math Skills
- Monitor transportation planning metrics to optimize routes, reduce wait times, and improve overall efficiency in towing operations.
Experience
- Proven experience in dispatching.
- Familiarity with Quickbooks is a plus but not required
- Familiarity with Excel is a plus but not required
- Must be familiar with Anoka County
- Strong analysis skills
- Excellent communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette & a personable attitude for engaging with customers and team members effectively.
- Ability to perform detailed data entry accurately while managing multi-line phone systems and customer interactions under pressure.
- Knowledge of vehicles and knowing the difference between all wheel, front wheel, ect.
Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
