Come join our Team at Collins Brothers Towing of St Cloud. / Mark's Towing / Allen's Service. We are hiring for openings in our dispatch team.
We are seeking an Weekend Dispatcher.
Friday - Sunday Overnights
**Pay is Based on Experience and will be discussed at time of interview**
We are rapidly growing and need help! This is NOT a work from home job.
The successful candidate should possess the following skills, but not limited to:
· Great customer service skills.
· A general concern for others wellbeing.
· Dispatching customer service calls and paying attention to detail.
· Dispatching trucks. Wreckers / Flatbeds / Heavy Wreckers etc.
· Organize, coordinate, schedule and dispatch work according to urgency, and location.
· Strong computer skills and the ability to work in a fast paced/changing environment.
· Able to problem solve.
· Knowledge of basic office programs.
· A general understanding of the automotive (and/or) towing industry.
· General office assistance as needed to help our team.
Minimum Qualifications
· High School Diploma or equivalent.
· Excellent oral, listening, and written communication skills.
· Ability to function effectively and courteously under pressure.
· Ability to type with speed and accuracy.
· Ability to work in a dispatch environment and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
