Job Description
Provide quality end user support as well as full functional support to all Company functions actively using the SAP ERP application, including Materials Management and Manufacturing modules. Support would include functional application design and configuration, analysis and issue resolution, thorough testing and validation, help desk support, data corrections, mass changes, setups, query assistance, user training and other tasks as defined by management. This position would work closely with plant materials teams to ensure application configuration and interface requirements are fulfilled. Job would require a working technical knowledge of SAP structure in order to work as a liaison between the end users and functional groups and development staff in report and interface development. Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage small to medium scale projects is also necessary
