Job Description
Job Summary:
This position is responsible for all aspects of application development, execution and compliance for application program developments globally (including people, process, and line management).
Responsibilities:
•Technical leadership for global engineering activities. Daily issues to manage the timely and proper resolutions.
•Ensure development processes are followed and compliant
•Lead/support customer meetings to demonstrate schedule, technical design and engineering process compliance, issue resolution.
•Travel to remote customer design center(s) to lead/facilitate program discussions and technology strategy updates.
•Manage customer/internal requirements and feature roll-out plan(s).
•Responsible for product engineering support of manufacturing facilities in Marshall, IL, Peterlee, England, and Limera, Brazil
•Help manufacturing and purchasing resolve technical and/or supplier issues by providing technical product expertise for products.
Qualifications
•Bachelors Degree in Engineering required
•7 years of combined engineering and management experience.
•Demonstrable experience in working in, and leading team efforts.
•Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents such as customer requirements and international specifications.
Salary : $95,600 - $125,000
