Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an AT&T Customer Account Representative located in Baxter, MN. The Customer Account Representative will be responsible for building and nurturing customer relationships, managing customer accounts, and addressing inquiries. Daily responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving issues, and communicating product and service information clearly. The role will involve collaborating with team members to meet customer needs and company objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service, including maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Experience working as a Customer Service Representative and managing Customer Accounts
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interactions with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and meet customer service goals
- Proactive problem-solving skills and adaptability to handle customer concerns effectively
- Prior experience in telecommunications or a related field is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or education are advantageous
Salary : $52,000 - $66,000
