What You’ll Do
As a Member Services Representative, you will:
- Provide exceptional service to members in person, by phone, and through digital channels
- Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other financial transactions
- Assist members with account inquiries, products, and services
- Open and maintain member accounts, including remote account assistance
- Process and disburse member loans
- Balance your cash drawer daily and resolve discrepancies
- Support members with online banking and general account access
- Identify opportunities to recommend products and services that meet member needs
- Maintain accurate records while adhering to all policies and procedures
- Assist with branch operations, including phones, scanning, filing, and data entry
What We’re Looking For
Experience
- 1–3 years of customer service, banking, cash handling, or related experience preferred
Education
- High School Diploma or GED required
Skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional communication and confidentiality
- Proficiency with computers and ten-key calculators
- Ability to build relationships and provide tailored solutions
