What You'll Lead
- Facility renovations, repairs, maintenance, construction, and improvement projects.
- Contractors, vendors, bids, budgets, schedules, and project timelines.
- Facility inspections, planning, preventative maintenance, and building systems.
- Grounds, snow removal, janitorial services, and other facility needs.
- Facility priorities and projects from planning through completion.
- 5–8 years of experience in facilities, construction, maintenance, skilled trades, project management, or a related field.
- Experience coordinating contractors, vendors, projects, budgets, or building systems.
- Strong judgment, organization, communication, and follow-through.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and keep projects on track.
- Willingness to travel regularly between North Star locations.
