Responsibilities

• Engage every member who approaches the host stand with a friendly smile and offer to assist
• Make every member feel welcomed and "at home"
• Provide friendly hospitality: greeting, seating, and waiting on all members
• Be knowledgeable of all food offerings including ingredients and methods of preparation; be able to explain all food items listed on the menu
• Assist with daily setup and breakdown of the dining area, and midday re-sets as needed
• Answering phone calls for reservations, takeout food, and events
• Knowledgeable of daily and upcoming events to provide information to members and guests when they enter the club
• Manage daily reservations
• Receive takeout orders over the phone and through our mobile app
• Monitor hospitality areas to ensure they are kept clean, safe and code compliant
• Communicate with the Manager of any issues and assist as needed
• Complete any additional tasks as assigned by Food & Beverage Management Team
• Attend and participate at all scheduled meetings and trainings
• Provide feedback on guest comments or complaints to the management

• Must be 17 years or older
• Consistent availability during the week and weekends
   
• Presentable - Able to put your best foot forward and present yourself in a clean, neat and professional way
• Strong Communication Skills - Able to assess needs and desires by communicating with our members and team
• Team Player - Work closely with Food and Beverage department leaders and fellow team members to meet goals
• Fast-Paced - Able to manage multiple tasks at once of differing needs
• Ability to move and lift up to 25 – 50lbs
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
