Responsibilities
- Serves members and guests food and beverage in a banquet event setting; delivers calm, private-club standard service
- Knows the BEO/Run of Show; attends preshift; executes timeline.
- Completes event set up and break down; maintains clean, organized stations and rooms
- Follows service standards: food left, beverages right, clear right; uses a tray for 3 items.
- Performs water and wine service to standard.
- Communicates face to face with leadership; escalates dietary, off-menu, alcohol, or safety concerns immediately; uses confident, professional language
- Greets members appropriately (names when known; ‘Ladies and gentlemen’ for groups); maintains composed, guest-first posture

- Must be 16 years or older
- Consistent weeknight and weekend availability
- Presentable — clean, professional uniform (black button‑up, black dress pants, black non‑slip shoes; nametag); hair neat; no phone visible
- Strong communication — proactive problem solving; polished, concise updates with context
- Private club etiquette — member names, right of way, professional address (Sir/Miss if unknown)
- Team player — follows leadership direction; supports Food & Beverage team goals
- Fast-paced and organized — attention to detail (polished glass/silver, aligned settings, tidy stations)
- Service mechanics — tray handling; food left/bev right/clear right; ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to move and lift up to 25–50 lbs
