- Assist in developing and maintaining capital project schedules and timelines.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of capital project components.
- Track project milestones and report progress to the Capital Manager.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Maintain documentation and records in ERP systems.
- Analyze data using capital benchmarking tools to support decision-making
- Adheres to NMHS/NMMC policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Complies with applicable local, state, and federal procedures, guidelines, regulations, and laws.

Education
- Associate's Degree In Business, Supply Chain, or related field.. Required Or

- Must have working knowledge of data mining principles: predictive analytics, mapping, collecting data from multiple data systems and synthesizing data into comprehensive exception reporting on daily, weekly, monthly cadence as required
