Responsibilities
Report daily to Green Acres Elementary School to provide classroom coverage as assigned- Implement lesson plans left by the regular teacher or provide supervision as needed
- Manage student behavior and maintain a safe, respectful classroom environment
- Follow school procedures and routines, including attendance and classroom transitions
- Communicate with the main office and classroom teachers regarding student concerns or
- Supervise students in various settings including classrooms, hallways, lunch, and recess
- Adapt quickly to changes in assignments or schedule
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; teaching certification preferred but not required- Prior experience working with middle school students is a plus
- Strong classroom management and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt to various subjects and grade levels with professionalism
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and a willingness to collaborate with staff

Physical Demands
