We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physician Assistant to join our well-established Otolaryngology (ENT) practice. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced ENT physicians in a collaborative, fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional care to a diverse patient population.

What You’ll Do
As a Physician Assistant in our ENT practice, you will play a vital role in both clinical care and patient education, including:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with general ENT conditions
- Perform in-office procedures such as nasal endoscopy, laryngoscopy, cerumen removal, and minor procedures (training provided as needed)
- Assist in the operating room as appropriate
- Conduct pre- and post-operative visits
- Collaborate closely with physicians, audiologists, nursing staff, and clinical support teams
- Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently in the EHR
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up care
What We’re Looking For
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Current PA license (or eligibility) in (State)
- NCCPA certification required
- Interest in or experience with Otolaryngology preferred (but not required)
- Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-first mindset
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, high-quality care environment
