Lead Estimator – WWTP Construction

Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, mentor and build water works Estimating team
- Collaborate with executive leadership to analyze company goals and direction
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Provide value engineering and innovative solutions during the bid process.
- Collaborate with project management and field teams to ensure successful handoff.
Qualifications
- 10 years of experience estimating water treatment plant projects.
- Strong knowledge of W/WWTP, and other civil construction.
- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proven track record of winning bids and contributing to company growth.
