What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Office Reception Administrative Support position at North Country Union High School?
NCUHS is seeking an administrative assistant who will serve as a primary point of contact for students and visitors entering NCUHS, and monitor access. The position also includes administrative school operations support.
Minimum Qualifications:
●High school diploma required; associate degree or coursework in office management preferred.
●Minimum of two (2) years relevant office experience, preferably in an educational environment.
●Demonstrated proficiency in all Google Platforms, Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
●Ability to learn and operate school information systems including PowerSchool, Schoology, SCOIR, Adaptive Scheduler, and visitor management systems.
●Strong written and verbal communication skills.
●Ability to maintain confidentiality of student and school information in accordance with applicable policies and laws.
●Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.
●Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities in a busy office environment.

Salary & Benefits: Per the collective agreement. Estimated salary range is between $20.35 and 23.00 an hour, based on previous experience. This is a school-year position, 40 hours per week.
