Come join our dynamic Property Management Team! Property Management Associates is looking for an Office Administrative Assistant for our busy office. We are seeking highly motivated individuals who can provide general administrative support while managing basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks. This role ensures efficient office operations and accurate financial recordkeeping. Position available for part time or full time applications. Successful candidate may have room for professional advancement.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answer and route phone calls, emails, and other communications
- Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and paper)
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars
- Order office supplies and coordinate with vendors
- Greet visitors and provide front-office support
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Enter and manage financial data in QuickBooks
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts
- Maintain accurate financial records and reports
Minimum Qualifications: Excellent written and verbal communication. Detail oriented and highly organized. Strong customer service skills. Skilled with time management and the ability to prioritize tasks. Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Experience with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Power Point, Access are required.
Desired Qualifications: Experience in Quickbooks and Accounts Receivable and Payable desired.
Salary is determined based on experience. Competitive Pay.
