What are the responsibilities and job description for the Information Technology Technician position at North Country Supervisory Union?
The Information Technology Technician provides technical support to users, including, but not limited to, technical advice on equipment setup and operation, general troubleshooting, and software installation and utilization. Performs skilled repair, setup, and maintenance of all technology-related equipment as well as technical support for all technology-related systems.
Minimum Qualifications: Associate's degree in computer science or related field,
or successful completion of coursework leading to industry-level certification; e.g., CompTIA A , MOUS, etc., or equivalent military training and experience documented on form DD-214.
Salary & Benefits: As per the NCSU Support Staff employment policy. Hourly rate between $22.35 and $24.00, depending on previous experience. This is a full-time, year-round position.
