Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role located in Essex Junction, VT, for an Information Technology Support Specialist. The IT Support Specialist will provide technical support to employees, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, maintain desktop computers, and manage help desk requests. Responsibilities also include diagnosing and resolving IT-related problems, installing and configuring software, and ensuring seamless IT operations to enhance productivity and efficiency within the organization.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Technical Support and Help Desk Support, with a focus on resolving user issues promptly and effectively
- Strong Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving technical hardware and software issues
- Experience with Desktop Computers and Information Technology systems, including installation and maintenance
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach to support
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure and network support is a plus
- Associate's/Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
