What You'll Do
Lead the full product portfolio. Through cross-functional collaboration, you’ll guide and influence our offerings – from software and hardware to services and IP – ensuring everything we bring to market is strategically aligned and continuously evolving.
Build the roadmap. You'll develop product strategy grounded in real market intelligence, client feedback, and business goals — then execute it with cross-functional teams across Sales, Finance, Development, and Operations.
Make us stand out. Craft positioning and messaging that cuts through the noise. You'll oversee our brand presence, trade shows, digital programs, lead generation, and the tools that help our sales teams win.
Drive pricing strategy. Build smart, value-based pricing frameworks that reflect what we're worth and what the market will bear.
Champion innovation. Keep your finger on the pulse of emerging technologies — including AI — and find smart ways to apply them here.
Lead with influence. As a servant leader, you’ll drive cross-functional collaboration, foster accountability, and contribute to building a culture people are proud to be a part of.
You Bring
- 7 years of product management experience in a technical enterprise environment (software, SaaS, services, or IP development)
- 5 years of team leadership and cross-functional project experience
- Background in the technology industry — Point of Sale experience is a big plus
- Proven experience in product launches, pricing strategy, lead generation and market analysis
- Strong communication skills — you can speak to engineers, clients and executives alike
- Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Willingness to travel to stay close to clients and attend industry events
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
