North Coast Therapy Associates (NCTA) is dedicated to helping children of all abilities thrive by providing high quality school based therapy services across Northeast Ohio.
NCTA partners with local school districts to deliver Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Language Therapy, and related clinical services that reduce barriers to learning and promote student success.
We are building an ongoing talent network for clinical professionals who are passionate about working with children, collaborating with educators, and making a meaningful difference in school based care.

Disciplines We Recruit
We welcome applications from qualified professionals in the following areas.
Physical Therapist (PT)
Provide evaluation and treatment services to support student mobility, coordination, strength, and participation in school activities.
Occupational Therapist (OT)
Support students in developing fine motor, sensory processing, and daily living skills necessary for participation in the school environment.
Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
Assess and treat speech, language, and communication challenges while helping students develop functional communication skills.
School Nurse
Provide healthcare support, medical coordination, and student health services in educational settings.
School Psychologist
Conduct psychoeducational assessments, support emotional and behavioral development, and collaborate with educators and families to promote student success.

Minimum Qualifications
