Position Summary:
NCTA is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to support a School in Chesterland, Ohio. This is a fantastic opportunity to impact children's health and well-being while enjoying a a great work schedule!
- Hours: Full-Time position available within school hours (~8am 4pm)
- Pay Range: Competitive Salary Based on Experience
- Working Days or Days per week: Follows a standard school calendar - 5 days per week
- 30-40 hours per week
- Hours per day: 7-8 hours per day
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care and support to students in various school settings.
- Assess student health needs and implement appropriate nursing interventions.
- Collaborate with school staff to ensure a safe and healthy environment for students.
- Maintain accurate health records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Qualifications include:
- Current RN license through the Ohio Board of Nursing
- Current CPR certification
- Knowledge of HIPAA laws and the ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the job
- Knowledge of communicable disease prevention and medication protocols.
- Collaborative, team-oriented approach with strong interpersonal skills
- Must work effectively with staff, parents, and students.
- Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- School-based or pediatric experience
