ABOUT THE ROLE

North Co Commercial Cleaning is hiring 2 reliable cleaners for recurring work at a retail store at Renaissance at Colony Park. Store name released after onboarding. This is occasional, foot-in-the-door recurring work — not full or part time. Great fit if you already clean and want solid per-visit pay added to your schedule. Soonest confirmed spots win.

THIS IS A 2-PERSON JOB — READ THIS PART

Every visit is worked by two cleaners hired separately by North Co. You'll work as a team — one on glass, one on floors/dusting/trash, and whoever finishes first jumps in so you leave together. We prefer the two hires not be closely related or in a relationship so there's always coverage. You can bring your own helper, but you'd split your one spot's pay with them — we still hire a separate second person regardless.

LOCATION, SCHEDULE & PAY (per person, per visit)

Renaissance at Colony Park — Ridgeland, MS

• Window Washing — once a month · $35 per person · about 45 min–1 hr on site
• Commercial Cleaning — every 3 months · $55 per person · about 1.5–2 hrs on site
• First visit: Sunday, August 10 — 10:00 AM start. Both services same trip: $90 per person, about 2–3 hrs total.

Tell us any days you CANNOT work. Set dates are firm — the store sends a manager to let us in, so they don't move.

PAY

Flat per-person rate per visit, per-person hourly range of roughly $25–35 depending on pace. Check-in, before/after photos, and check-out all run through our app. Payment averages 24–48 hours after the job is completed, checked out, and confirmed. Parking reimbursed only with a full receipt (date, time in/out, place, total).

THE WORK

Retail store cleaning: floors (sweep, mop, vacuum, corners and edges), dusting shelving/fixtures/vents, counters and display cases, trash, restroom if present. Window side: entry and storefront glass inside and out with scrubber and squeegee, handles, sills, frames, edges detailed dry. Full detailed checklists provided after onboarding.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be 21 or older
• Prior cleaning experience — commercial or residential is fine, as long as you know how to clean
• Window washing experience with a scrubber and squeegee — required
• Reliable personal transportation
• Strong communication — checking in, responding, keeping us updated
• Comfortable completing a standard onboarding screening

SUPPLIES

Bring your own for a per-visit bonus: $10 commercial cleaning, $5 windows, $15 if you bring both. Or North Co provides everything — either is fine, just tell us what you have (all, some, or none).

Commercial: vacuum, mop and bucket (or flat mop with pads), broom/dustpan or dust mop, all-purpose cleaner, disinfectant, glass cleaner, microfiber cloths, dusting tool, restroom cleaner, scrubber or deck brush.

Windows: window scrubber/applicator, squeegee, glass solution, microfiber or scrim cloths, scraper/razor, bucket.

Step stool or extension pole: not required, but handy for window tops and high dusting.

DRESS CODE

Slip-resistant shoes (we'll help you get a pair if needed), clean plain blue or black shirt (branded North Co shirt at 3 months), jeans or non-athletic shorts — nothing ripped, no sweatpants. Hair tied back, arrive clean and presentable.

PHOTOS & CHECK-OUT

Before/after photos and a final walkthrough video every visit through our app, plus checking out with the store manager before leaving. This is how the job gets tracked and how you get paid fast.

Our #1 priority. Check in and out on time, respond to messages, and tell us ahead if anything comes up.
