ABOUT THE ROLE

We're hiring 2 cleaners for a recurring retail cleaning job at Pinnacle Hills Promenade. Store name released after onboarding. This is occasional foot-in-the-door work — not full or part-time — great as a steady side gig with room for more locations as we grow in the area.

THIS IS A 2-PERSON JOB — READ THIS PART

We hire two cleaners separately so there's always coverage. You're welcome to bring your own helper, but you'd split your one spot's pay with them — we still hire a second person regardless. We prefer the two hires not be related or in a relationship, so coverage is always there. Soonest confirmed spots win.

LOCATION, SCHEDULE & PAY (per person, per visit)

Pinnacle Hills Promenade — 2203 S Promenade Blvd, Rogers, AR

• Window Washing: every 1 month — 8:30 AM start — first visit Monday, 8/3/2026 — $25 per person (averages about $25–33/hr — window visits usually run 45 min to 1 hour)
• Store Deep Clean: every 3 months, done same visit as windows that month — 8:30 AM start — $65 per person on combined visits (averages about $22–29/hr — combined visits usually run 2–3 hours)

Schedule note: Tell us the days you CAN'T work. Set dates are firm — the store sends a manager to let us in, so dates don't move.

PAY

• Flat per person, per visit: $25 window-only visits, $65 combined visits
• Effective hourly averages roughly $22–33/hr depending on the visit — the faster and better you work, the higher your hourly
• Check in, photos, and check out all run through our app
• Paid 24–48 hours after the job is completed and confirmed
• Parking: reimbursed only with a full receipt (date, time in/out, place, total)

THE WORK

General retail cleaning: sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash, counters and display cases, restroom if present — plus entry glass and window cleaning inside and out (scrubber and squeegee). Full detailed checklist provided after onboarding.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be 21 or older
• Prior cleaning experience
• Window scrubber-and-squeegee experience (for the window portion)
• Reliable personal transportation (rideshare/transit doesn't work for this)
• Smartphone for app check-in/out and photos
• Comfortable completing a standard onboarding screening

SUPPLIES

Bring your own supplies for a per-visit bonus: $10 store cleaning, $5 windows, $15 both. Or we provide everything — either is fine, just tell us what you have (all, some, or none).

Store cleaning: vacuum, mop & bucket (or flat mop w/ pads), broom & dustpan or dust mop, all-purpose cleaner, disinfectant, glass cleaner, microfiber cloths, dusting tool, restroom cleaner, scrubber/deck brush.

Windows: window scrubber/applicator, squeegee, glass solution, microfiber or scrim cloths, scraper/razor, bucket.

Step stool or short ladder (or extension pole): not required, but handy for window tops and high dusting.

DRESS CODE

Slip-resistant shoes (we'll help you get a pair if needed), clean plain blue or black shirt (branded shirt at 3 months), jeans or non-athletic shorts — nothing ripped, no sweatpants. Hair tied back, clean and presentable.

PHOTOS & CHECK-OUT

Before/after photos and check-in/check-out through the app every visit — this is how the job gets confirmed and how you get paid fast.

COMMUNICATION — #1 PRIORITY

If something comes up and you can't make a date, tell us ahead of time. Communication is everything.
