- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business analysis, technical writing, or a closely related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Communications, or a related discipline preferred.
- SQL : Ability to read and understand queries to trace data lineage and logic.
- SAS : Ability to read and interpret SAS code for process documentation purposes.
- Writing Mastery: Exceptional business writing and technical writing skills, with the ability to convey complex information simply.
- 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, technical writing, data analysis, or a closely related field
- Experience working in data-driven or technology-focused environments preferred
