| Essential Job Duties | The Rural Outreach Coordinator manages the Rural Works! program, which connects NC State undergraduate students with summer employment opportunities in private, public, and nonprofit sector jobs across the state's 80 "Tier I" and "Tier II" counties and other economically distressed areas. This role also leads strategic outreach and engagement efforts, coordinating NC State students, faculty, and staff to support rural communities in addressing key challenges.
