Primary Purpose of Position
This is an applicant pool for individuals interested in part-time, temporary positions for the Ticket Office.
Applications are continuously accepted quarterly to establish a pool of qualified applicants for temporary positions that include but are not limited to, Customer Service Representatives, Ticket Takers, Custodians, Concessions, etc., for Athletics and other University sponsored events.
Temporary pools are open quarterly. For consideration for future pools, applicants will need to reapply.
Primary Function of Organizational Unit
The mission of the Ticket Office is to support the campus and external community by managing and promoting ticket sales for Athletics and other University sponsored events.
North Carolina A&T State University host 13 varsity sport teams. We compete in the NCAA Division I and are members of the Colonial Athletic Association (CAA) in all sports with the exception of Women’s bowling and Football.
Work Hours As needed basis; usually weekend or evening hours.
Is this position eligible for a remote or hybrid work arrangement, consistent with university and state policies.
