ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Claims: Customer claims or complaints received from customer field or Inside Sales to
customer visits before material disposition need to be scheduled and completed quickly to
prevent delays. This also involves follow up and dispositioning of returning material.
- Quality Solutions: Disposition of material after finishing a process to ensure continuous
- NAS Internal Reports: Will be involved in generating internal quality reports for QC in
- ISO: Will assist the QC Supervisor in maintaining the Quality System for ISO
- Test Certificates: Will assist the QC Engineers in fielding requests for Metallurgical
Engineers.
- Customer Services Calls: General calls from customers will be fielded through the QC
- Customer Specification: Will assist in maintaining and updating to current revisions.
- Plant/Process Work: Will be responsible for relaying customer information to, and

- Travel: Will be responsible for routine visits to customers and their processing facilities.
