As a Barrel Storage Operations Lead, you will oversee the critical aging processes for high-quality spirits, ensuring inventory integrity and operational excellence. You will drive team performance and process optimization while maintaining rigorous safety and quality standards in a fast-paced industrial environment.

• Direct daily warehouse activities and manage personnel to ensure high-output efficiency and team accountability.
• Coordinate complex barrel movements and logistics using advanced inventory tracking and ERP systems.
• Champion a culture of safety by enforcing strict compliance with OSHA, environmental, and quality regulations.
• Analyze operational workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with maintenance departments to troubleshoot equipment issues and minimize downtime.
• Mentor staff to foster professional growth and maintain positive labor relations within the facility.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent operational experience.
