SENIOR WORKERS’ COMPENSATION CLAIMS ADJUSTER – OREGON ADJUSTER’S LICENSE NEEDED

Location:  Work-From-Home

What You’ll Do:

·         Handle a case load commensurate with the complexity level of claims assigned

·         Collaborate with highly trained staff and state-of-the-art technology to promote injured worker recovery in a prompt, fair, and ethical manner.

·         Possess compassion and humility to serve on the Workers’ Compensation Team and positively impact injured worker recovery and the company’s financial success.

·         Manage all aspects of Coverage, Investigation, Medical and Disability, Subrogation, Litigation, Reserves and Reporting requirements.

What You’ll Bring:

·         High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2-year degree or higher preferred.

·         7 years of prior claim adjusting experience or be a graduate of the NARS developmental adjuster program.

·         Must be eligible for reserve/payment authority level of $50,000 when appropriate.

·         An active Oregon Adjuster’s License.

·         Must be open to handling multiple jurisdictions and obtain appropriate licensing as needed.
