We're based in Oakland, CA, but we cover the entire San Francisco Bay Area. WHAT'S REQUIRED?
Our ideal Project Estimator is bilingual in English and Spanish, but it's not a requirement. Experience is highly desired, but we're willing to work with people who have the right drive and motivation to excel. You'll need:
- Ability to work from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday and serve the San Francisco Bay Area
- Some training, experience, or familiarity with construction
- Honest, reliable work ethic and an open mind for learning more
- Self-starter, low maintenance, "can-do" mentality
- Computer proficiency
- Ability to complete high-quality work independently and without supervision
- Valid driver's license
- Legal U.S. residency and fluent English communication skills
- Desire for a permanent, full-time position

HOW TO APPLY
Our Project Estimator is responsible for:
- Speaking with prospective clients about their projects and documenting the major details
- Accurately reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Producing takeoffs and accurate cost estimates
- Preparing and submitting proposals
- Tackling additional duties as assigned
