Role Description
Bayview Services is seeking an Estimator / Project Manager to join our Oakland-based team. This position is responsible for managing projects from initial pursuit through final closeout, including estimating, budgeting, contract administration, client management, schedule coordination, and project execution.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where they are empowered to take ownership of projects and client relationships. Responsibilities include reviewing plans and specifications, performing site visits, preparing competitive estimates and proposals, negotiating and managing change orders, overseeing project financial performance, coordinating field operations, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Qualifications
- Experience estimating and managing demolition, abatement, environmental remediation, or related construction projects
- Strong understanding of project estimating, cost control, budgeting, and forecasting
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and contract documents
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of demolition, environmental, and hazardous materials regulations
- Experience managing subcontractors, field crews, schedules, and project financials
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Experience with construction estimating, project management, and CRM software preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred, but equivalent industry experience will be considered
