Schedule
- Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Review drawings, specs, and attend pre-bid meetings
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and takeoffs
- Create shop drawings, submittals, and reports
- Interpret architectural, structural, and mechanical plans
- Support design-assist work
- Manage project scope and costs
- Meet with clients and build relationships
Requirements
- Construction experience or familiarity
- Experience with commercial, industrial, or public works projects
- Ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Computer proficiency
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Legal U.S. work authorization
- Professional and reliable work ethic
Preferred: Bilingual (English/Spanish)
