What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Property Manager position at Norris & Stevens?
We are looking for an enthusiastic manager with maintenance experience to oversee two properties in the charming Goose Hollow neighborhood.
As the property manager, you will be responsible for the appearance of your property, ensuring all community guidelines are followed, and excellent tenant experiences.
Compensation depends on experience and includes a rent credit for a 2-bedroom unit of $1,400.00 as well as a cash salary starting at $400.00. Qualifies for reimbursements of gas, utilities, and cell phone.
Schedule is flexible, but does require availability on the weekends.
Duties will include:
- Rent collection
- Responding to maintenance requests
- Scheduling vendors
- Marketing vacancies
- Providing tours and applications to prospective residents
- Maintaining the property appearance
- Issuing notices
- Maintaining communication with residents
Maintenance duties may include:
- Completing maintenance requests
- Scheduling vendors
- Grounds maintenance
- Replace outlets and fixtures
- Resolve minor plumbing issues

We provide a 3-day Training course to connect you with our expert support team and familiarize you with Norris & Stevens' policies. You will work with one Asset Manager and Accountant and a full support team for laws, policies and procedures, giving you extensive resources for this rewarding challenge.
