What are the responsibilities and job description for the On Site Property Manager in NE Salem position at Norris & Stevens?
We are looking for an enthusiastic team to manage a 20-unit property in NE Salem.
As the property manager, you will be responsible for the appearance of your property, ensuring all community guidelines are followed, and excellent tenant experiences.
Compensation includes the full rent credit for a 2-bed, 2-bath unit of $1,475.00 as well as a salary of $1,650.00. Reimbursements are issued for gas, utilities, and cell phone depending on use.
Schedule is flexible but requires availability on weekends.
Duties will include:
- Rent collection
- Responding to maintenance requests
- Scheduling vendors
- Marketing vacancies
- Providing tours and applications to prospective residents
- Maintaining the property appearance
- Issuing notices
- Maintaining communication with residents

We provide a 3-day Training course to connect you with our expert support team and familiarize you with Norris & Stevens' policies. You will work with one Asset Manager and Accountant and a full support team for laws, policies and procedures, giving you extensive resources for this rewarding challenge.
