What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician at Large Property position at Norris & Stevens?
We are looking for an experienced maintenance tech to join our team at a large property in Salem.
Eligible for a cell phone reimbursement of $25.00/mo
Maintenance would be responsible for the following:
Maintenance Requests: Repairing and/or replacing all indoor and some outdoor aspects of a home... Fans, water heaters, faucets, cabinets, Doors--interior & exterior, appliances, electrical, plumbing, Ventilation, Locks, Weather stripping, etc.
Curb Appeal: Picking up trash, blowing parking lots, shoveling snow, weed killing, maintaining trash areas, tagging non-compliance autos, laundry room maintenance, remove cobs from buildings and repairing exterior lighting.
General: Maintaining the shop and rake room, ordering supplies, off property errands to pick up supplies & maintaining maintenance records.
Skills required:
· This is a traveling position which requires flexibility with scheduling.
· Minimum of high school diploma/GED
· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
· Must have own tools
· Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
· Must be able to push/pull 70lbs
