Position Responsibilities
- Provide daily instruction in 8th grade mathematics aligned to Tennessee academic standards
- Develop engaging lessons that promote critical thinking and student participation

- Communicate effectively with students, families, and staff
- Collaborate with grade-level and content-area teams to support instructional goals

Qualifications
- Valid Tennessee teaching license with appropriate endorsement preferred
- Candidates enrolled in an approved educator preparation program may also be considered
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Ability to build positive relationships with middle school students
- Knowledge of standards-based instruction and assessment practices preferred
