We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in managing the company's outgoing payments, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions, and maintaining compliance with accounting standards.
What You'll Do
- :Invoice large retail chain accounts and track payment
- sFollow up on outstanding balances with buyers and accounts payable department
- sReconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancie
- sWork closely with our sales and operations teams during peak seaso
- nMaintain accurate records in our accounting syste
mWhat We're Looking For
- :2 years of accounts receivable or general accounting experienc
