This is a full-time, on-site role located in Metairie, LA, for a Collection Specialist. The Collection Specialist will be responsible for managing and collecting outstanding debts, communicating with customers, ensuring payments are received, and resolving discrepancies. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer inquiries, processing payments, maintaining accurate records, and following compliance guidelines while meeting collection targets.
- Proficiency in Debt Collection and Cash Collection strategies to meet payment targets effectively
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to foster positive interactions with clients
- Basic knowledge of Finance principles and ability to manage payment records accurately
- Attention to detail and ability to work within compliance and regulatory requirements
