Job Functions
- Creating and maintaining detailed, short-term and long-term work schedules for projects, production, or staff.
- Identifying and planning for material, equipment, and human resource requirements needed to complete tasks.
- Determining the most efficient sequence of operations and tasks to improve productivity and balance workloads.
- Working with departments like engineering, purchasing, and production to ensure a smooth flow of work and timely delivery of projects.
- Monitoring project timelines, analyzing variances from the baseline schedule, and providing reports on progress to stakeholders.
- Making necessary adjustments to schedules in response to changing conditions, such as resource availability or unexpected issues.
- Analyzing schedules to identify opportunities for cost reduction and productivity increases
- Ensuring schedules adhere to relevant labor laws, industry regulations, and internal policies.
- Educational Background: A bachelor's degree
- Experience: Three to seven years related experience
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP Software
