Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide a friendly, welcoming experience
- Take accurate orders using POS system (Clover preferred)
- Prepare drinks including milk teas, fruit teas, slushes, and specialty beverages following store standards
- Maintain drink quality, consistency, and presentation
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately
- Keep workstations clean and organized at all times
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Restock ingredients, toppings, and supplies as needed
- Assist teammates during busy hours to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Weekend availability preferred
- Previous café/boba experience is a plus (but not required — we train!)
