Title: Noran Neurological Clinic- Patient Care Coordinator Supervisor
Reports to: Clinical Manager
Location: On-site position working a minimum of 3 days per week, based at the Blaine clinic with regular rotation to all Noran Clinic locations
Position Description:
- Supervise and oversee operations of the onsite Patient Care Services and serve as a resource for providers, Patient Care Coordinator leads, Patient Care Coordinator team members, Patient Services team members, and patients for concerns and questions related to the Clinical Department.

Major Areas of Responsibility:
- Manage production and performance of onsite Patient Care Team Members, complete annual reviews and provide performance feedback.
- Maintain and update weekly Patient Care Coordinator team member schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all locations.
- Collaborate with clinical leadership team; supervisors, leads and director.
- Timecard management for Patient Care Coordinators
- Address and resolve day-to-day operational and procedural concerns.
- Assure provider’s needs are met, are supported and that clinic operations enhance provider efficiency.
- Participate in recruitment, hiring, and training of Patient Care Coordinator employees.
- Serve as primary point of contact with building management and third-party vendors to ensure building services are operational and all inventory and product needs are met.
- Engage in interdepartmental meetings and participate in the implementation of clinic-wide protocols and procedures.
- Follow all documentation requirements in compliance with confidentiality and privacy regulations.
