What are the responsibilities and job description for the Decision Support Analyst (Non- Remote Position) position at NOR-LEA GENERAL HOSPITAL INC?
Responsible for providing support for business, financial, revenue cycle and administrative analytics. Develops dashboards and reports with key performance indicators, metrics, data points, and formulas to support management objectives.
Essential Functions
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize and analyze large amounts of information while paying close attention to the detail and variances.
- Ensure effective prioritization of tasks and projects to maintain high operation efficiency, and maximize resource utilization.
- Ensures the consistency, accuracy and validity of all data reports provided.
- Works with the Director of Finance to improve requirements and formats of reports to ensure they are relaying important information in a way that is easily understood.
- Performs, monitors and manages other reporting/analytics functions as requested and when required.
