Key Responsibilities
Sales Execution
- Contact inbound leads quickly and consistently
- Manage conversations across phone, SMS, email, and in-person visits
- Understand customer needs and position Noovo vans accordingly
- Lead test drives and product walkthroughs when applicable
- Close deals and secure deposits
- Operate within SLAs defined by sales leadership
- Maintain consistent and structured follow-up with all prospects
- Move leads efficiently through the sales funnel
- Handle objections clearly and confidently
- Ensure every lead has a defined next step
- Deliver a high-quality, consultative buying experience
- Build trust with customers throughout the process
- Ensure a smooth handoff to delivery and operations teams
- Accurately track all interactions in HubSpot
- Maintain pipeline visibility and data quality
- Follow established sales processes and playbooks
- 2 years of experience in sales (DTC or high-ticket sales preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and lead a sales conversation from start to close
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline
- 2 Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM is necessary
- $50k Commission based on performance
