Key Responsibilities
- Engage with inbound leads via phone, email, and live chat.
- Qualify prospects to ensure they are a fit for our premium RVs.
- Schedule and conduct introductory calls or meetings before passing opportunities to Account Executives.
- Respond to and return phone voicemails in a timely manner.
- Manage live chat conversations to provide quick and helpful responses.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM tool Hubspot/ .
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handoff and continuous improvement of the qualification process.
- Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality and customer trends.
- 1–2 years of experience in a sales, customer service, or lead qualification role.
- Strong communication skills. Both written and verbal.
- Comfortable speaking with a wide variety of customers over the phone and online.
- Highly organized with excellent follow-up skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Experience in the RV, automotive, or outdoor lifestyle industries is a plus, but not required.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot or others) is preferred.
- Willing to work weekends.
