What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Specialist position at Noor Staffing Group?
We are growing and looking to add to our HR team! In this role you will be responsible for supporting all functions of human resources such as onboarding, benefits administration, compliance and day to day HR operations.
You will:
Assist with employee relations investigations under the direction of the HR Manager
Prepare written summaries and employee statements in a neutral and fact finding manner
Assist with the administration of leave requests, including medical leave, maternity and other protected leaves
Respond to leave related inquiries
Maintain compliance training records and generate weekly training reports
Assist with benefits administration
Assist with 401k enrollment and administrative processes
This role is fully onsite and will pay in the 75-85k range plus benefits and PTO

Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
