P/T WINNERS CLUB REPRESENTATIVE

1. Purpose of Position

Provides customer service and maintains a clean working environment while following established policies and procedures and applicable state and federal laws and regulations.

1. Reporting Relationships

1. Reports Directly to: Operations Manager, Store Manager Store Supervisors and Casino Managers
2. Supervises Directly: N/A
3. Other Important Contacts: All Department Managers and Directors, General Manager, Vendors, casino personnel, and customers.

1. Duties and Responsibilites

1. Greets all customers and promotes customer service as priority.
2. Accurately and efficiently conducts sales for the convenience store according to established policies and procedures.
3. Maintains the security of all funds in the register at all times including making timely cash drops to maintain the cash drawer at or below the maximum level.
4. Maintains an appropriate level of stock and merchandise at all times in work area to ensure efficient customer service while maintaining the cash register.
5. Complies with all company and department policies and procedures while practicing positive customer and employee relations.
6. Provides accurate and timely documentation and reporting of department activities and status as requested.
7. Maintains a professional, clean, and neat appearance of store and work area including sweeping, Vacuuming
8. Maintains a professional and neat appearance and represents the company in a positive manner.
9. Such other job related duties as may be assigned by instruction from Management.

1. Qualifications

1. Required:

1. Obtain and maintain a valid Non-Gaming Nooksack Tribal Gaming Agency License.
2. Obtain and maintain TIPS for Off-Premises Certification.
3. Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.

1. Preferred:

1. Previous cash handling experience.
2. Previous customer service experience.

1. WORKING CONDITIONS

1. May work in a, noisy, crowded environment.
2. Monitored by Surveillance cameras.
3. Works various shifts and days including nights, weekends, and holidays.
4. Work in a smoking environment
5. Works with various cleaning chemicals.

1. Physical Demands

1. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
2. Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs over head.
3. Must be able to bend, stretch, kneel, etc.
4. Stands for long periods of time.

1. Knowledge, skills and abilities

1. Ability to read, write, and speak English.
2. Must be detailed oriented and able to work effectively on all tasks.
3. Ability to perform basic math skills and make change accurately.
4. Ability to operate Tele-check equipment.
5. Ability to run cash register systems.
6. Knowledge of Cigarette, Tobacco and Liquor stock.
7. Strong customer service skills.

10. Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of employees and customers.
