Landscaper

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain all exterior grounds, including entrances, parking areas, walkways, and landscaped spaces.
• Ensure the property exterior is clean, free of debris, and visually appealing at all times
• Perform lawn care, trimming, pruning, and seasonal planting
• Remove trash and maintain cleanliness in outdoor guest areas
• Monitor and maintain outdoor lighting, signage areas, and property features
• Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly
• Operate landscaping equipment in a safe and efficient manner
• Follow all company policies, including safety and guest service standard.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Prior landscaping or facilities maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to interact professionally with guests when needed
• Maintain a valid Nooksack Gaming Agency License.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.

1. Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
