- Promotes customer service as a priority.
- Complies with company and department policies and procedures and applicable Federal, State, and Tribal laws and regulations while practicing positive customer and employee relations.
- Accurately and efficiently processes a wide variety of in-house monetary transactions.
- Accurately verify and transfer Soft Count Drop to Cage Main Bank. Prepare daily deposit after reconciling Cage Cash Summary.
- Provides accurate and timely documentation and reporting of department activities and status as requested.
- Maintains accountability for and security of all monies and keys within control.
- Maintains a professional and neat appearance of work area and of self and represents the company in a positive manner.
- May act in the capacity of a Cage Cashier.
- Maintains confidentiality of company and player information.
- Such other job related duties as may be assigned by instruction from management.
- Required:
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Nooksack Tribal Gaming Agency License and Class III Washington State Gaming License.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Sufficient experience, education and job knowledge to meet current business needs.
- Demonstrated successful Cage Cashier and Employee Bank Cashier experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively on multiple tasks.
- Demonstrated positive customer service skills.
- Preferred:
- Previous casino experience.
